"The Big Thank You" - LandWorks Recipe Book - Volume 2

The Big Thank You is the second edition of the LandWorks Recipe Book. So successful was our first volume, it is what it is, that the team and trainees were determined to follow it up. It is a testament to the effort of all the trainees who, on a daily basis, work alongside our volunteers and team members on the preparation of hearty, healthy meals which am shared by all. The title stems from the moment that lunch arrives at the table. Everyone shows their appreciation for the food and the work that has gone into it. It is always a moment of joy. Whilst it includes many old favourites, the recipes in this second volume reflect the expanding range of meals prepared at LandWorks and the trainees increasing interests trying out new dishes and taking on new challenges in the kitchen.
